ICT and producer organizations November, 2012
This was the fifth in a series of online discussions that stem from the launch of the World Bank's ICT in Agriculture e-Sourcebook and
the growing demand for knowledge on how to use ICT to improve
agricultural productivity and raise smallholder incomes. 12-23 November

Producer organizations play an important role in tackling the
systemic causes of poverty, because they give farmers—men and women—a

communication technologies (ICT) to attract and retain a wider
membership, generate more funds, and provide better services to their
members.
